Our strength lies in our experienced and dedicated team. ​Meet our partners, leaders and instructors. We have a faculty of highly educated and dedicated instructors who are passionate about the coaching profession and empowering our students. In fact, we recently received an award for our Distinguished Coach Education program from ICF Virginia, which is a testament to the quality and impact of our team.

Theodora Fitzsimmons, PhD, MCC
Director of Coaching Services
Dr. Fitzsimmons is a founding partner of Radiance Partners, LLC, where she wears several hats, including Director of Coaching Services, Supervisor, Mentor, and Educator. Her work is grounded in leadership and professional development and executive coaching, drawing on more than 35 years of experience across both the public and private sectors. Over the years, she has served as an award-winning leader, author, educator, coach, coach mentor, and coaching supervisor.
Theodora specializes in supporting leaders at all levels as they navigate transitions, using a personalized approach to change management. Her coaching work includes emerging leaders, teams, and senior leaders in the workplace. These days, she is especially passionate about seeking out and creating new coaching opportunities for Radiance Coaches.

Virginia Gonzales-Velez, MCC
Director of Education
Virginia has delivered executive education, soft skills, and coaching to European and American leaders. She has also worked with executives from different countries and multinationals in various industries. As Director of Education, Virginia ensures the Radiance instruction both meets the rigorous requirements of the International Coaching Federation and continually adapts to the changing needs of the world.
Virginia has coached students in the executive coach training program at INCAE. and trained and mentored coaches from around the world. She has been a Master-Certified Coach since 2021.
Virginia was a lawyer for 25 years before learning about coaching and working to help people take responsibility for their lives.
She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Kathy Harman, MCC
Founding Partner
Kathy is a Master Certified Coach who partners with leaders and teams to drive clarity, innovation, and results. With more than 30 years of experience in IT and technology leadership, she developed the globally taught PRISM Team Coaching Approach. Kathy brings rigor, spirit, and deep respect for the ICF Core Competencies to coach education. She mentors coaches and prepares experienced practitioners to become skillful coach mentors. Kathy has presented on masterful coaching, coaching through spirit, and the Core Competencies. Her work has appeared in Coaching World and Choice magazine and she is the author of PRISM Teams.
Kathy is also an artist, dog mom and loves boating on the Waccamaw River in South Carolina.

Diane Ingram, MCC
Founding Partner and Director of Operations
Diane values the power of clear communication, courageous leadership, and innovative thinking. A Master Certified Coach with over 20 years of experience, she holds a degree in Psychology and Human Development and is deeply committed to helping others actualize their potential.
Diane's proudest leadership role was serving as President of the NYC chapter of World Runners, where she engaged hundreds of volunteers to assist the NYC Marathon, and produced fundraising events in service of that organization's mission to end world hunger.
A student of the Diamond Approach, Diane values meditation, self-inquiry and present-moment awareness. She is also a singer-songwriter, who enjoys yoga, running and sailing.

Rafael Rivera, PCC
Founding Partner and Director of Organizational Development
Rafael is an Organization Development Consultant and Executive Coach with more than 35 years of experience supporting leaders and mission-driven organizations across the public and private sectors.
A Founding Partner and Director of Community Affairs and Organization Development at Radiance, he leads the design and facilitation of the Radiance Retreat and contributes to strategic learning initiatives. Known for his grounded presence and systems perspective, Rafael creates reflective, action-oriented spaces that foster leadership growth, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.

Monica Barnes
Co-Director of Education
Mónica is an executive coach, consultant, educator, and mentor coach with over 10 years of global experience and a human‑centered, strategic approach. She coaches in a warm, structured, and purposefully challenging way, helping clients see what’s (im)possible. Her work is not about change but transformation—shifting how people see themselves, their work, and their future.

As Co-Director of Education, Trainer and member of the Leadership Team at Radiance, she designs rigorous yet supportive learning spaces to elevate competency, presence, and readiness. She prepares students to meet high ICF criteria and serve with authenticity, courage, and excellence in the AI era. She coaches in English, Spanish & Catalan and speaks German.

Fred Bolton, PhD, PCC
Director of Initiatives
Dr. Fred Bolton is a consultant, instructor, and coach who helps individuals and organizations strengthen communication, engagement, and resilience during times of change. A former university executive and professor, as well as a retired federal civilian and Army officer, Fred brings extensive leadership experience from academia, government, and the military, including service as an agency Chief Learning Officer and university Dean. As a coach, Fred brings his talent for listening, systems perspective, and sense of humor to each client encouraging thoughtful reflection as the basis for engagement. His deep expertise in designing and delivering learning programs across sectors enhances Radiance’s commitment to world-class leader development, coaching, and coach training.

Maria Giarmenetti, ACC
Director of Marketing
Maria Giarmeniti is an Executive, Leadership, and Career Coach, serving within Radiance as a Coach, Mentor Coach, Coach Instructor, and recently part of the Leadership Team. Her way of being as a coach is compassionate, supportive, and boldly challenging—inviting deep awareness, clarity, and purposeful action.
With over 20 years of corporate leadership experience and 450+ coaching hours, Maria combines strong business insight with a whole-person coaching approach. She supports leaders and coaches to reconnect with their values, confidence, and purpose, while mentoring and educating new coaches to grow in competence, presence, and impact.

Neal Henderson, PCC
Director of Student Affairs
Neal Henderson is an accredited Coach Supervisor and the Director of Student Affairs, where he supports learners navigating complex professional and personal growth. With more than two decades of leadership and coaching experience, Neal brings deep expertise as a PCC-credentialed coach, advanced team coach, and coach supervisor. He is known for cultivating learning environments that are both challenging and supportive, helping students build confidence, clarity, and capability. Neal partners closely with faculty and program leaders to remove barriers, strengthen belonging, and ensure students can fully engage and succeed. His coaching-centered leadership blends systemic insight with compassionate, practical action.

Adonica Sweet, MCC, CEC, CCM
Adonica is a master coach and change leader who partners with organizations and leaders to create sustained, meaningful transformation. With a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approach, she educates and mentors coaches and leaders to build confidence, coaching capability, and resilient leadership.
With more than 30 years of experience in the Human Services field, Adonica has worked internationally across public and private sectors. Recognized as a change champion, she helps organizations navigate transition, address resistance, and cultivate coaching cultures. She is the recipient of the Leadership Excellence Award for creating an “employee-as-coach” internal coaching network within an organization of more than 35,000 employees.
