Program Overview

The Radiance level 2 program offers start-to-finish coach training. This includes a minimum of 125 student contact hours, Mentor Coaching, and a performance evaluation process.

Graduates may apply for an individual ICF Credential via the Level 2 credential application path, which greatly streamlines the application process.

Radiance is a Level 2 Accredited Coach Certification Program that is structured to meet all ICF Level 2 Program requirements.

What makes our program unique is that it starts with you experiencing the program as a client and ends with you being the coach for 3 paying clients while being mentored.

A key advantage of graduating is that Radiance provides opportunities for paid coaching to our Level 2 graduates

This program is an excellent option for those who want to learn more about being a coach before committing to a longer certification. While it prepares you for the ACC credential, our education is taught at the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) level, ensuring you receive a high-quality education.
Program Features

Class Level: Taught at the ICF PCC-level.

Method: We conduct our classes one-on-one or in small groups of 2-6 students, with options for in-person and/or distance learning.

Mentoring & Supervision

Mentoring and supervision are core components of our program. You will enhance your learning by coaching three clients through the program under the supervision of a trainer. This includes coaching sessions, an Ethics Exam, debriefs, and unlimited monthly group supervision sessions to help you solidify your skills and understanding of the ICF Core Competencies.
