Program Overview

This program is an excellent option for those who want to learn more about being a coach before committing to a longer certification. While it prepares you for the ACC credential, our education is taught at the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) level, ensuring you receive a high-quality education.
Program Features

Length: 60 hours total, including 50 hours of coach education and 10 hours of required mentoring.

Method: We conduct our classes one-on-one or in small groups of 2-6 students, with options for in-person and/or distance learning.

Schedule: The schedule is flexible and can be determined by you (for individual classes) or by your cohort (for group classes).

Language: Classes are currently available in English, Spanish, and Greek.
What you will learn
Our training is designed to give you a hands-on experience in three key modules:

​Experience and Learn: You'll experience the coaching program as a client, with teaching moments to solidify your learning.

Core Competencies: You'll gain a deep understanding of what professional coaching is, including the ICF Core Competencies, ethics, and the neuroscience behind coaching.

Discovery Process: You'll receive an in-depth and experiential introduction to the core Discovery tool in the Radiant Coach's toolbox.
Mentoring

Mentoring is a key component of our program. The ICF requires 10 hours of mentoring to apply for the ACC Credential. The Radiance program includes this mentoring as you coach two clients through a three-month coaching program. The mentoring consists of 10 meetings with your instructor to help you increase your understanding of the ICF Core Competencies.
