Radiance Partners was founded by five partners with over 75 years of combined experience in coaching, training, and organizational development. We partner with individuals and organizations to create positive shifts by blending foundational coaching principles with the latest neuroscience discoveries. Our distinct approach combines a robust coach education program with a strong organizational development practice, and is supported by a bench of more than 130 ICF-accredited coaches.

Our roots trace back to one of the first coaching programs ever created, and we have evolved our expertise to meet the needs of the 21st century by integrating the latest ICF standards and neuroscience discoveries. We combine Coach Education Training, which graduates confident and exceptional coaches, with a robust Organizational Development program designed to help organizations thrive.
