RADIANCE ACSTH Coach TRAINING
The Radiance 70-Hour ACSTH (Accredited Coach-Specific Training Hours) Coach Training program is offered to meet ICF Requirements for the ACC Credential. It includes 60 hours of training and the required 10 hours of mentoring.
This may be a good option for those who want to learn more about being a coach before committing to full training.
Although the class is designed to give the student the necessary training hours to apply for the ACC Credential (once the required coaching hours and number of clients has been attained), the training is at the PCC level.
Radiance ACSTH Training Structure
Length: 70 hours total, including 60 hours of Coach-Specific Training and 10 hours of mentoring.
Schedule: Depends on the Trainer and group or individual training:
Additional opportunities include monthly Web-learning classes, monthly 1-hour skills practices and cohort practices. All of these give you credit towards your certification.

Radiance ACSTH Training Modules
MODULE 1 - Introduction to the ICF Core Competencies
Objective: The student will understand what professional coaching is and the foundations of excellent coaching
MODULE 2 - Radiance Tools for Transformation
An experiential introduction to the tools and techniques in the Radiant Coach's toolbox, including:
MODULE 3 - Practice of Coaching
The student learns the 'why' of their coaching, to enable them to start their coaching business
MODULE 4 - Integration
The student broadens the scope of learning
ICF Requires 10 hours of mentoring to apply for the ACC Credential. Radiance offers Mentoring as the student coaches 2 clients through a 5 month coaching program using Radiance Tools for Transformation. The mentoring is comprised of 10 meetings with the student to help them increase their understanding of the ICF Core Competencies.
