RADIANCE ICF Accredited Level 1  Coach education PROGRAM For ORganizations

The Radiance ICF Accredited Level 1 Coach Education Program for organizations is offered to meet ICF Requirements for the ACC Credential.  It consists of 60 hours of training including the required 10 hours of mentoring established by the ICF for Level 1 (formerly ACSTH) level training.

This may be a good option for those who want to to offer their employees a foundational training in Coaching.

Although the class is designed to give the student the necessary education hours to apply for the ACC Credential (once the required coaching hours and number of clients has been attained), the education is at the PCC level.

Distinguishing Characteristics

  • Our ICF Accredited Level 1 Coach Education program easily flexes and adapts to the organization's and the student's needs.
  • Students experience coaching themselves from a Radiance coach as they start to learn to be a coach.  The Radiance Coach will also respond to questions about the coaching questions and techniques used in the coaching to enhance student learning.
  • An introduction to spiritual dimensions of coaching deepens the personal journey that the coach will be on as they proceed through the program.  New self-awareness can lead to more confidence and competence as a certified coach.
  • Students start coaching clients during the program. These coaching hours are logged and become a part of their coaching history as part of the required hours for the ACC Credential.
  • Students can participate in the Radiance Community, building a network of support and, after graduation, they can access ongoing educational opportunities that provide CCEs for ICF credential renewals.
